Thanks for the anvil John! I've been noticing the signs for a few weeks now but this week gave me hope for the reunion I've been waiting for. I
actually feel optimistic about a Jolie reunion. Lord knows, this show needs some hot n spicy romance like we all know Jolie can deliver.
I loved Jolie this week. The interaction between John and Natalie in Marty's office was brilliant. Natalie's anger and feeling of betrayal radiated
off of her so much, it burned John. So much so that he forgot his girlfriend was even in the room, as did the viewers, I suspect. And then Friday when she
came clean about what Jared had told her. We got to see old school Jolie ending with an exasperated John rolling his eyes and proclaiming Here we go
again. Thank you for that clarification Detective McBain.
Anybody want to stick their necks out and talk a little Jolie? I know alot of fans are probably sceptical about OLTL's ability to write a positive story
for this couple but, for some reason, I think they just might bring it on this time.
Thoughts? I'd love to hear what peoples hope are for this couple.

I am actually DVRing OLTL again. I know- scary. I have a lot of wishes but not much hope. Though I am a Jolie and I guess hope spring eternal with us. I would
love for it to end up looking like Natalie killed Jared and John stepping in to protect her. Or them working side by side to discover Jared's killer and
getting closer.

Becca- I'd get behind either one of those scenarios, especially Jolie working together. Way back when, I was disappointed that Natalie never followed
thru with the forensic career, I thought she and John would have made a great team. Add in a little Uncle Bo, the Commish and brother Rex the PI, the story
possibilities would have been endless. Instead, it turned out to be the excuse for their breakup.

I'm ready to discuss...
I'm a newbie to John and Natalie...in fact didn't even know their history until this weekend when I found 'you look pretty' and watched their WHOLE story for about 50 hours straight.
I've probably got a different perspective because I wasn't able to see what else was going on with them during that time because the site only had Natale and John clips. WHAT A HAWT Couple!! I actually started watching OLTL around June08, off and on....i liked Gigi and Rex (yes, I know bad acting, but I LOVE angst and they had it) Then they got together and everything was boring....I liked Cris and Leyla, but they were featured few and far between....I didn't even know that Natalie and John had been in the same side of the Canvas until this current SL arc. Let me tell you...i was blown away...I'm usually on a very organized GH board and asked whether them if John and Natalie ever had a thing...and did I get a response...so I looked up some youtube clips became enarmored, found the 'you look pretty' clip archive and watched John and Natalie's whole story this weekend...I'm exhausted, but totally looking forward to where this might be going!! |

I have watched John and Natalie since the beginning and they are easily in my top 3 Soap couples. This new storyline is so reminiscent of when Cris died even
though I know Jared is gone. I think the pull will be even stronger this time for them though because of their history. The scenes last week with Nat in Johns
apartment signified why John and Nat will always be connected. They know one another so well! I love how Natalie referenced what she went through when she
thought John had died. It is true that Natalie has lost the 3 loves of her life now, with John being the 1 constant whom she cannot get away from. I think
Marty will be gone within 6 months and John and Nat will be back to their glory days!

kdimmick welcome to the fandom! You Look Pretty does make it easy to revisit Jolie. Love that video archive. They have great fanfic as
well.
I loved the John and Naalie scenes last week. MA was so good. and I've read alot of online opinions about ME's portrayal of John, but I thought he played it just right. When John was holding Natalie on the couch, he made a conscious decision to invite Natalie to stay as long as she needed knowing full well what that could do to his relationship with Marty. I want to see John and Natalie become friends again, sharing beers, or a game of pool and conversation while she gets over Jared and he dumps Marty. Marty won't last long I don't think. She doesn't seem to have the fight in her that Evangeline had. But one things for sure, nothing makes a woman involved with John McBain more insecure than seeing him bantering with Natalie. The ease of their relationship is clear. And its exciting to watch. I really hope they do reunite John and Natalie. Nikki So your a Jolie and a Liason fan? And I thought I was the only one! You clearly have great taste. donnasue

I know I am just so excited that they are going to be sharing scenes and before you know it they will be back
together I have been a fan since they shared a scene at crossroads and I have ever since this is the beginning of them getting back together I just know
it.

So here I am jumping into this thread. I seem to attach myself to the couples that are always so close and yet so far away - Broe on Days, Liason on GH and
yes John & Natalie. Natalie is by far my favorite soap character, perhaps because she is so hot headed and oppinionated which reminds me of me.
I lost
all hope that Johnny boy would ever look her way again. Why they ever paired him with Marty is beyond me. They have absolutely no chemistry. I dare to hold
out hope that Jolie will happen again..but oh it would be so great.
